Friday Football Preview: Lassiter Travels to Wheeler
With Kell on a bye week and Sprayberry already done with Week 7 action, Lassiter is the only game in town tonight.
Lassiter (5-1, 1-1) at Wheeler (3-4, 1-2) – Wheeler’s lost two of its last three games – all Region 5-AAAAA matchups – and has only scored 22 points combined over that time. put up 63 points on Cherokee last week and this high-powered offense has enough in the tank to spoil Wheeler’s homecoming tonight unless the Wildcats can shore up their defense.
Sprayberry (3-4, 2-2) – Lost to Pope Thursday, 27-21.
Kell (5-2, 3-1) – Bye Week
