5-AAAA Baseball Title is Up for Grabs

The high school baseball season is down to its final week and somehow, Region 5-AAAA still remains a mystery. Not one of the of the 14 teams in the region has officially clinched a playoff spot yet.

Kell (18-6, 8-3) looks safe tied for second place in the region, but the logjam at the top means that anything is possible. The Longhorns travel to Villa Rica (17-7, 5-6) on Tuesday and could seal the Wildcats fate with a win.

Baseball

Sprayberry at Douglas County, 5:55 p.m.

Kell at Villa Rica, 5:55 p.m.

Girls Lacrosse

Mill Creek at Sprayberry, 5:30 p.m.

Boys Lacrosse

Mt. Paran at Sprayberry, 7:55 p.m.
