Fugitive Arrested in Northeast Cobb
Cobb County police have arrested the third man wanted in the shooting death of 53-year-old Milton Kelley of Kennesaw.
said 18-year-old Jalin Collins of Woodstock was taken into custody without incident by the Fugitive Squad at a residence off Canton Road in Northeast Cobb today.
Collins is being charged with felony murder and aggravated assault. He is one of three suspects arrested and charged with
Kelley was found shot in the driveway of his Leicester Drive home Saturday night.
