If you're planning to drink on New Year's Eve, check out this app.
A smartphone app provided by the Governor's Office of Highway Safety will give New Year's Eve partygoers a way to find a ride home with just the swipe of a finger.
The Drive Sober, Georgia app also will provide users with information about drinking and driving. The app can be downloaded for Android and iPhone, and a simulation is available here.
