Whole Foods to Benefit Mutt Madd-ness

From the Whole Foods store at Merchants Walk:

The next Whole Foods Community Giving Day for the Merchant's Walk location will be on Wednesday, April 10, and will benefit Mutt Madd-ness, a local organization committed to saving dogs whose lives are in jeopardy. Their pups come from high-kill facilities and are cared for both emotionally and physically by foster families prior to their adoption into loving homes.

Five percent of the net sales from Wednesday will be donated.

Their long term goal is to create a state-of-the art facility that will accommodate animals awaiting adoption; provide low cost medical care to the community; and act as a fulfillment center for those who will ultimately impact the future of all helpless animals.
