Two Charity Golf Tournaments

Gather around the water cooler to find out what's happening in and near Northeast Cobb today, May 9.

1. How did you spend your Mother's Day? I am mother to Shelby, my dog, only. I went to church and the May-retta Daze at the Marietta Square and was surprised to receive a carnation and rose, although I said that I was not technically a mother. It was a fun day.

2. Lassiter High School EOCTs (End of Course Tests) are happening this week and next. It is crucial for students to be present and on time for these important exams.

  • Math 1: Today and Tuesday.
  • Math 2: Tuesday and Wednesday.
  • Ninth-Grade Literature and American Literature: Thursday and Friday.
  • U.S. History: Monday, May 16, and Tuesday, May 17.

3. Lassiter High School juniors: Georgia High School Graduation Test scores will be returned to students in first period Tuesday or Wednesday.
