Dinner and Basia Concert
What are you doing tonight? You could be having dinner at Porter Beer Bar and attending the Basia concert with other fabulous singles.
Northeast Cobb's Atlanta Metro Singles plan to enjoy dinner and Polish vocalist Basia this evening—and you're invited.
Basia launched her solo career in 1987 after many successful years with the pop band Matt Bianco. Supported by the singles "New Day for You" and "Time and Tide," her debut solo album became a platinum-selling hit in Europe and America. Her jazz-pop versatility continued to excel on future albums, and she earned more hits with "Cruising for Bruising," “Promises" and “Drunk on Love." Her fifth solo album, It's That Girl Again, was released last year.
You may also be a fan of the famed guitarist Peter White, who has played on many of her albums and has toured with her.

Concert Tickets
Basia concert tickets through Ticketmaster are $30 plus a $5.25 fee. You also can buy tickets at Publix. All seats are general admission. The concert starts 8 p.m. at the .

Dinner Before the Concert
The group plans to meet for dinner at 5:15 p.m. at . It has a small parking lot in back, or you can park on the street. Porter's is half a block away from the . Everyone will walk to the concert, arriving at 6:45.
