Nearly One-Third of Cobb Jobs Pay Big: Study

A series of briefs released by the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies compares the total distribution of jobs in number and in income throughout Georgia.

Cobb County holds more than seven percent of all jobs in Georgia, with 31 percent of them being high-paying, “premium” jobs, according to a new study released by Georgia State University in Atlanta. The study, released by the Fiscal Research Center of the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies, offers maps, tables, and information about the distribution in number and pay of jobs in Georgia. Career Expo Wednesday in Cobb

The expo will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Cobb Galleria Centre, located at Two Galleria Parkway in Cobb County.
