In an article published Sunday in The Marietta Daily Journal, Pond has filed an ethics complaint against the District 3 Republican for her role in a previous ethics charge against her, which was dismissed. Cobb commissioner JoAnn Birrell explained the ordinance change to the East Cobb Civic Association.
