The Safe America Foundation introduced Ted Daywalt as the Chair of its newly created Wounded Warriors and Veteran’s Task Force. Conceptualized in 2012 and launched in early 2013, the new Safe America task force brings together private, public and non-profit sector leaders to address issues of wounded veteran mental health and employment, among other issues. One of his first efforts as Chair will be the 2013 launch of a Wounded Warriors Veterans Assistance Center in Atlanta, GA.
