A+ Grades for Hill, Parsons, Carson
The Georgia chapter of Americans for Prosperity has three Northeast Cobb Republicans high on its list.
The Georgia chapter of Americans for Prosperity released its 2011-2012 Georgia General Assembly Legislative scorecard earlier this month, with three Northeast Cobb legislators receiving an A+ rating. State Sen. Judson Hill and State Reps. Don Parsons and John Carson, all Republicans, earned the designations for their votes based on the conservative group's positions. Legislators were scored on 12 separate pieces of legislation, including Zero Based Budgeting (SB 33), Student Scholarships (HB 325), Revenue & Tax Relief Act (HB 386) and GA Government Accountability Act (HB 456).
