You and your pets can celebrate the holiday season by attending these fun events in Northeast Cobb and surroundings communities. Dec. 11 and 18, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Dogs, cats and other photogenic pets are invited to PetSmart's Santa Claws Holiday Photos to benefit Mutt Madd-ness, a nonprofit no-kill rescue serving Cobb County. Enter a drawing that will rescue puppies from high kill shelters and place them into loving homes to train with the families of disabled children and adults. Animals Deserve Better, Inc. focuses on the following disabilities: Autism Assistance Dogs, Multipurpose Assistance Dogs, Mobility Assistance Dogs, and Seizure Assistance Dogs.
