Exercise for Travelers
Take advantage of being in a new place to try new exercises.
Jenn asks: I travel a lot and don't always have a gym to work out in? Any suggestions? Traveling can make it hard to have a routine for working out, but we sometimes need to get out of our workout routines. If you don't know the area well, check with the hotel staff to find safe places to go outside near the hotel. They may also be able to recommend a gym nearby. If you want to do things in your room or at the hotel, try some or all of the following. These are general ideas and you can adapt them to your trip, goals, fitness level or likes and dislikes.
