It appears to be a safe time to eat out in Northeast Cobb. We told you last week that Cobb & Douglas Public Health's inspections of restaurants and other food preparation sites in Northeast Cobb produced 13 A's and two B's. This week the results are even better: nine A's, including seven 100s and a 99, and only one B. Sure, most of the facilities this week, like several of the top scorers last week, are schools. But they each serve hundreds of meals a day to our children; they count.

The latest Cobb & Douglas Public Health inspections of restaurants and other food preparation sites in Northeast Cobb produced 13 A's and two B's. Among the perfect scores are the high school cafeterias at Lassiter and Sprayberry, the catering kitchen at Noonday Baptist Church, the Subway inside Walmart on Chastain Meadows Parkway, and Taco Bell on Shallowford Road. The only eateries falling short of A's were Wing City on Bells Ferry Road and Waffle House on Alabama Road.
