Keheley Principal Named a Classroom 'Hero'
Liz Jackson will be recognized during Sunday's Falcons game at the Georgia Dome.
Press release: Keheley Elementary School announced Monday that Principal Liz Jackson was recently named one of this year’s winners of the Symetra Heroes in the Classroom Award. “The Heroes in the Classroom Award program is sponsored by Symetra in partnership with the National Football League’s Atlanta Falcons,” said Tucker Smith, assistant principal. “We intend to surprise Ms. Jackson with the award presentation on Monday, Dec. 10, 2012, at 1 p.m. during a pep rally in Keheley’s gym, with all students in attendance.” As part of the award the school will receive a $1,000 donation.
