The Georgia Department of Labor will help Alorica recruit about 100 seasonal workers for a call center in Kennesaw. A recruitment of customer service representatives will be held Tuesday, Jan. 22, from 10 a.m. to noon at the GDOL’s Cobb-Cherokee Career Center, 465 Big Shanty Road. Applicants must have a high school diploma or a General Education Diploma (GED) and type at least 35 words a minute. The Georgia Department of Labor (GDOL) will help the Department of Juvenile Justice and Home Depot fill a number of jobs next week in Cobb County. The recruitments will be held at the GDOL’s Cobb-Cherokee Career Center, located at 465 Big Shanty Road in Marietta. The recruitment for the Department of Juvenile Justice will be held Wednesday, Oct. 31, from 10 a.m. to noon. The department will be recruiting correctional officers to work at its facility for youth offenders. Talenti Gelato Plant, 100 Jobs Coming to Marietta

Talenti plans to maintain its existing plant in Dallas but relocate its primary production headquarters to the Marietta Industrial Park and begin production later this year.

A teacher experienced at the lower grades level is needed for a part-time position.
