The most popular Dracula-Werewolf soap opera franchise in history comes to an end with a big thanks to all its fans.
The love triangle between Bella (Kristen Stewart), her husband Edward (Robert Pattinson), and Werewolf Jacob (Taylor Lautner) comes to an exciting conclusion in "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn--Part Two." The film is playing at the Merchants Walk Cinema 12 and GTC Park 12 Cobb. Bella finally gets what she wants. She's a vampire; she's married to a vampire; now she has a half-vampire, half-human kid. That the child is from a mixed marriage doesn't sit well with some of the vampires, causing a bit of a problem. Be ready for a few surprises as the final act of the movie kicks up the stakes with a few twists and turns where anything could happen. My daughter Melissa, 13, is obsessed with the Twilight Saga. She has every book. She has seen every movie. She even has life-size cardboard figures of Edward and Bella in her room. Die-hard Twilight fans are already talking about the movie Breaking Dawn: Part 1, which comes out Nov. 18. I'm not a fan, but I am reminded about the upcoming movie on a regular basis, thanks to Melissa. I overheard Melissa and her girlfriends talking about the movie. Edward and Bella have a wedding, followed by consummating the marriage. Actually, the girls did not say "consummating the marriage." They said, "naked in bed together having sex," followed by squeals and giggles. Before I vent, let me say that I am happy Edward and Bella wait until after marriage …

Liked the books but thought the movies were a little off the mark. Wish Stephanie Meyer would have taken a little more creative control like J.K. Rowling did with the Harry Potter series. Harry Potter will forever be a classic while the Twilight series will be left as only a teenage cult classic. I have seen all the Twilight movies and will also see this one.
