Waffle House CEO Accused of 'Pattern of Sexual Harassment'

Joe Rogers Jr. is currently facing accusations of sexual harassment from an Acworth woman who once served as his house manager.

An Acworth woman has accused Waffle House CEO Joe W. Rogers Jr. of 100 incidents of sexual harassment during her time as his house manager. Mye Brindle of Acworth said in recently unsealed documents that other women had been victims of Rogers' alleged "predatory sexual actions," according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Brindle's attorney, David Cohen, said Rogers exhibited a "pattern of sexual harassment and abuse," which could be a huge factor in the assistant's case if it goes to trial. Rogers' attorneys are requesting information about the alleged additional victims.
