The Goddard School, owned by Tom and Liz Barone, is the Northeast Cobb franchise of a national early-childhood-education chain. The school offers year-round, all-day care and education for children up to age 5 and after-school and summer programs for children as old as 10. The curriculum covers academics, music, art and play involving two playgrounds. Parents get a daily activity report that describes everything a child did during the school day.
