I plan on working here and working my way up the ladder of management so I can renew staff and policies within the building. I had to go all the way down to 14th Street in Atlanta to talk to someone about joining Job Corps. Well I did join and I'm almost done. As I said, I plan on working here and changing the way that representatives treat customers.

This is a terrible place of business..Very unprofessional people, Long waits, and nobody answer the phone...This is rediculous! im gonna figure out who i need to talk to fix this problem..Not only have i called numerous times with no answer, but as soon as i called a couple times in a row, they took the phone off the hook..Im mad!!

I was assigned to this office and the customer service operator was very unprofessional. She did not answer any of my questions regarding my benefits although it's her job to do so, and she placed me on hold without warning me and proceeded to hang up after placing me on hold for over 15 minutes. I then called back and she allowed the phone to ring without answering. What is going on? Where are are the supervisors over these people? and why aren't these calls monitored, and if they are monitored why are these representatives able to get away with their rude unprofessional ways. This is truly outrageous! What are these people getting paid for?
