Tops: Tilts Legs, Turks, Cradles, and the most effective ways to turn a good opponent. Learn important breakdowns along with top situational drills.
Bottom: Chain Wrestling, Stand-ups, Granbys, Sit-outs, Second Moves Reversals as well as defensive moves.
Leg Riding Clinics & Open Mat Sessions
Looking for a place to get some more mat time? Grab a wrestling partner and head to PWA where we have open mat Sundays from 2-4 $10.00
PWA welcomes Ross Cravens to our Staff. Ross will be conducting Leg Riding Clinics on Sundays from 4-6 for $15.00
Youth Technique Camp
8:30 am - 12:30 pm
This camp will focus on Bottom Technique and Cardio Conditioning.
Chain wrestling, stand ups, grandbys, sit-outs, second move reversal, and defensive bottom technique.
Running and core conditioning exercises.
