Zumbathon to Benefit Kell Band

Burn off calories on Saturday morning and help the school's fundraising drive for new marching band uniforms.

The Kell High School cafeteria is the place to be Saturday morning for a fundraiser to benefit the school's marching band.

Start burning off calories at 10 a.m. The cost is $10 a person, with proceeds to help purchase new band uniforms.

The band also is having another fundraiser on May 4, the new date for a rescheduled event that includes test-driving a new Ford.

The event lasts from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and takes place in the senior parking lot. The band receives $20 for every person over the age of 18 who takes part in the test drive.
