Whiz Kid of the Week

Meet our newest Northeast Cobb Patch whiz kid, Paige Hall.

OUR PATCH WHIZ KID OF THE WEEK:

Paige Hall, Age: 17

Whiz Kid's School: Pope High School

Whiz Kid's Accomplishment: Paige is the first student at Pope High School to participate in the program "Move On When Ready" (MOWR). With this program, students attend college full time while earning high school and college credit. They have the opportunity to go to college while in high school and have the opportunity to graduate high school early.

Whiz Kid's Key to Awesomeness: Paige said, "I was lucky enough to be bribed by my mother to do this program. It isn't something everyone can do. It takes a lot of discipline, responsibility, and organization. Currently I am taking a full course load (four classes) at Chattahoochee Technical College. I have been able to work with different types of people in groups, I've made lots of friends, and I feel more prepared to go into the working world."

"4-H is also a huge part of my life. I like to think of it as my life. 4-H has inspired me to do huge things in life and it has helped my self confidence levels. I think my biggest accomplishment in 4-H is meeting so many people from all over the state of Georgia."
