Thursday morning the Mabry Middle School parking lot was overflowing with Charger Day participants. Sixth, seventh and eighth grade students and families spent time to find home rooms, take photographs for ID's and yearbooks, purchase supplies and spirit wear, and sign up for volunteer work.
860 students are on record to start school Monday, Aug. 15.
