Lassiter Football Defensive Coordinator Named Head Coach at Centennial
Under Carlberg, the Centennial Knights will be more of a passing team.
Jeff Carlberg, who has spent the last four seasons as a defensive coordinator at and Alpharetta high schools, was recently named the head football coach at Centennial High School in Roswell.
Carlberg led Lassiter and Alpharetta to win region titles during his two years at each school. Carlberg, from Kentucky, coached under Chip Lindsey at Lassiter, with the Trojans going 21-4 in 2008 and 2009.
Carlberg said that he would bring the spread offense utilized by both Lassiter and Alpharetta to Centennial.
