Addison Elementary 'Walk to School Day' Event

Walking to school is a great way to be a part of a statewide event and to promote health, identify safer routes for walking, and to improve air quality.

Jump start your day by walking with your child to school as part of Addison Elementary School's participation in the Georgia Walk to School Day event on Wednesday, March 7.

Walking your child to school is a great opportunity to help your child learn and practice safe walking skills.

Children are encouraged to make posters to carry along the way. It's a great opportunity to talk about why we walk and as well as get kids excited about the event.
