For $1.4 Million, She's All Yours

If you've driven along a certain stretch of Jamerson Road in Northeast Cobb, you've probably noticed some homes for which the word "luxury" simply will not do. 

Now, one of them is for sale. Caren Acheson, a Roswell-based realtor for Coldwell Banker, has posted this listing for a gated six-bedroom, six-bathroom home on Jamerson Road, between Wigley Road and Trickum Road, that is going for $1.4 million. 

Included in the more than 10,000 square feet of living space are six fireplaces, a wine cellar and entertainment center with a bowling alley, movie theater and billiards room. There's also a spa/waterfall area, swimming pool, four-car garage and what Acheson calls "secret rooms."

I can't imagine what those might be like -- they're secret, after all -- but it's no secret that the East Cobb-area real estate market continues to heat up.
