Comic Books, Antique Books, Book Sale

The Cobb County Public Library System's Friends of the Library will be holding a special book sale on Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The public is invited to the Cobb County Public Library System’s Friends of the Library special book sale, which will be held at the Central Library in downtown Marietta. Entrance to the sale is free, and prices of the items start at $1.

“We use this special book sale as an opportunity to sell items that might otherwise be overlooked at our regular book sale,” said sale coordinator Patty Latch. “These items are special and are worth having their own designated sale.”

The Friends of the Library hold this special sale about once a year; their other larger semi-annual book sales are usually held in May and October.
