Check Cobb's New Floodplain Maps

The Federal Emergency Management Agency has updated Cobb County's 100-year floodplain maps, and the changes take effect Monday.

The maps help homeowners and business owners understand their flood risks and receive more informed recommendations regarding flood insurance coverage options, according to county officials.
