Warrant: Office Manager Bought Gift Cards with Company Credit Cards

The purchases were made at the Highland Plaza Shopping Center in Northeast Cobb.

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a Woodstock woman who allegedly used her company's credit cards to purchase more than $18,000 worth of Visa gift cards for herself.

The purchases were made at the Highland Plaza Shopping Center in Northeast Cobb, according to the warrant.

Wendy Clark was the office manager at Dragonfly Scent Me Inc. when she allegedly used the business' credit card to purchase $2,800 worth of gift cards between Aug. 2 and Oct. 30, 2012, according to the warrant.

Between Aug. 7 and Nov. 16, 2012, she allegedly used another company credit card to purchase $16,000 worth of gift cards for her own personal use, according to the warrant.

Clark faces two counts of financial transaction fraud.
