Precinct 4 Crime Blotter: Aug. 27-Sept. 2

There were nearly a dozen crimes reported in the area during the previous week.

The following information on incidents in Precinct 4 of the  is courtesy of the Cobb County Police 2 Citizen (P2C) System:

  • On Aug. 27 at 10:03 a.m., an attempted burglary with forcible entry was reported in the 1000 block of Johnson Ferry Road.
  • On Aug. 27 at 11:11 a.m., an attempted burglary with forcible entry was reported in the same location.
  • On Aug. 27 at 1:41 p.m., a burglary without forced entry was reported at a residence in the 200 block of Indian Trail.
  • On Aug. 27 at 6:00 p.m., an automobile was broken into in the 3100 block of Wicks Creek Trail.
  • At Aug. 27 at 8:00 p.m., an automobile was broken into in the 3200 block of Wicks Creek Trail.
  • On Aug. 28 at 9:45 a.m., a burglary without forced entry was reported at a residence in the 800 block of Powers Ferry Road.
  • On Aug. 28 at 5:00 p.m., a burglary with forced entry was reported at a property in the 700 block of Powers Ferry Road.
  • On Aug. 28 at 10:37 p.m., a large vehicle (truck, van or bus) was stolen from the 4400 block of Roswell Road.
  • On Aug. 30 at 1:00 p.m., a theft by taking was reported in the 2600 block of Nicholas Ct.
  • On Aug. 30 at 3:08 p.m., a theft by taking was reported in the 3100 block of Roswell Road.
