Lumpkin was reportedly still attending GSU, where in four seasons he scored 10 goals and three assists in 70 career matches for the Panthers.

The former Northeast Cobb soccer standout is the second former GSU men's soccer player killed this summer. In June, 21-year-old Timothy Nixon died during a one-car accident in downtown when he lost control of his car and hit an ice cream store.
