Drugs Found in Shiloh Ridge Run Home

Three people have been arrested in connection with the incident at the residence in the 900 block of Shiloh Ridge Run.

A convicted felon from Kennesaw has been arrested on multiple drugs and weapons charges after police found 178.8 grams of marijuana and a firearm in the man's Shiloh Ridge Run bedroom.

Bobby Samuel Miller, who was convicted in Cobb in 2008 of cocaine possession, allegedly "was in possession of 3 separate bags of marijuana which were located in a nylon bag in his room next to the bed," according to an arrest warrant that was issued on July 11. "The bag also contained extra plastic bags for packaging marijuana and digital scales."

Miller, police said, shared the room with Jesup Harris. Both men were arrested on charges of marijuana distribution and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. Miller faces an addition charge of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Ryan Elliott Bakeberg, another resident at the residence, was arrested on similar charges after police found 52.6 grams of marijuana in his room.

"The accused was in possession of a loaded Glock 27 firearm ... which was located in his bedroom next to 1 bag of marijuana which weighed 52.6 grams, a digital scale, and plastic bags for packaging marijuana," police said.

All have been released from the Cobb County Adult Detention Center on bonds of $10,000 each.
