Copper and Spools of Wire Stolen from Businesses

March 12, between 3 a.m. - 10:40 a.m., persons unknown entered a Ford Taurus and a Mercury Grand Marquis parked on Darrell Drive. Loose currency was taken from both vehicles. Both vehicles were unlocked.

March 8, and again on March 9, the same suspect shoplifted from the Walmart on Chastain Meadows Parkway. Officer Arsenault arrived and located the suspect attempting to put a recently stolen headlight bulb into his car. Located in the car were the stolen coffee makers and flatware. The suspect was taken into custody and charged with both incidents and the theft of the bulb.

March 8 at 8 p.m. The victim reported that they have had several thefts of tires from an outside bin at the Firestone on Cobb Parkway. On this date he observed a male, driving a green Ford F-150 with GA tag BKP2490, steal eight tires.

March 7 at 12:23 p.m. the loss prevention representative for the Walmart on Chastain Meadows Parkway filed a report for shoplifting.  He said there was video of the suspects and suspect vehicle. This is not the first time that they have dealt with these individuals.

March 12. 6:30 p.m. - 11:30 p.m. The rear deck door was shattered at a Nottoway Drive property. Jewelry was taken. 

March 12. 1:10 p.m. - 1:20 p.m. The victim claims his Oxycodone was taken from his vehicle while he was at Mr. Clean Car Wash located at 3950 Shallowford Road.

March 11, Midnight - March 12, 12:32 p.m.  An unlocked vehicle parked at Sandra Drive was entered but nothing was taken. 

March 12. 3:35 a.m. - 3:47 a.m. Two unlocked vehicles parked on Willie Drive were entered. A purse and cell phone were taken but later recovered.

March 12, 3 a.m. - 3:55 a.m. An unlocked vehicle parked at 1936 Darrell Drive was entered. A change purse and GPS were taken but later recovered.

March 11, 11 p.m. - 3:42 a.m. An unlocked vehicle parked at East Lake Drive was entered and a handgun and wallet were taken but later recovered.

March 12 through March 13, 11:20 a.m. A vehicle parked on Addison Road was entered and a handgun taken. No signs of force.

March 12, 3 p.m. - March 13, 3 p.m. Non-gang related graffiti was painted on the maintenance building located at 2977 Gordy Parkway. 

March 9, 8 p.m. - March 11, 8 a.m. Someone smashed the rear window of the victim’s truck parked on Hawk Trail.

March 6, 10:30 p.m. - March 7, 8 p.m. A basement window was broken at a Shadowwood Drive property and an eMachine laptop, Wii, and Wii Fit were taken.

 March 5, 6:05 a.m. - March 7, 8:13a.m. A storage trailer located at the Marathon Electric, 4520 Canton Road, was forcibly entered and large spools of wire were taken.

March 5, midnight 0 March 7, 10:20 a.m. Electrical copper ground cable was stolen from 2977 Gordy Parkway. 

March 3, 1:25 p.m. - 1:35 p.m. A computer was taken from a Shallowford Road residence. A former roommate is suspected.
