Learn about your fertility options to start building a family. Free seminar led by Dr. André L. Denis, one of ACRM's Reproductive Endocrinologists on August 12 at 6:30 pm.
This seminar includes information about the diagnosis and treatment of infertility, options available to help build your family as well as a Q&A session. Attendees also have the opportunity to speak with the physician individually following the Q&A session.
Additionally, one of our patient support representatives will answer questions regarding insurance and financial programs available to our patients. All attendees will also get a Free Blood Test Voucher to check their eggs (AMH), with results given by ACRM.
