Forte Animal Rescue will be holding a Valentine’s Day-themed adoption event at Healthy Spot in Marina del Rey on February 10 from 2 – 5 pm. Healthy  Spot is located at 4718 Lincoln Blvd, Marina del Rey, CA 90292. Come by to visit with our pups and check out Healthy Spot’s fantastic selection of pet supplies!


 


A 100% no-kill rescue, Forte saves all breeds and mixes, from poodles to pit bulls, with the belief that all animals deserve a chance at life. Forte typically has 40 to 50 animals in its care at any given time, and will have several dogs at the event that are available for adoption.


 


Healthy Spot is an all-in-one dog care retail company that offers customers a full range of premium, eco-friendly products along with award-winning, personalized grooming, daycare and training services. Healthy Spot is dedicated to fostering social awareness of better canine care practices and humane animal treatment through their constant commitment to philanthropic and community involvement.


 


Forte Animal Rescue is an all-volunteer nonprofit organization dedicated to finding solutions for the problem of pet overpopulation through its educational activities, animal adoption efforts, and outreach program. Based in Marina del Rey, CA, Forte was established in 2003. To date, the organization has saved the lives of more than 1,000 dogs!


 


In addition to ongoing boarding and other expenses, Forte Animal Rescue continually incurs significant veterinary medical expenses for the animals it rescues. Donations or any support is always greatly appreciated. Donations can be made online or via regular mail at PO Box 10085, Marina del Rey, CA 90295. Forte Animal Rescue is also looking for foster homes for its rescued dogs, along with volunteers to help its adoption events.
