It's a question every parent will ponder or potentially hear endless begging about.

Cellphones: part perfuctory, part neccessity in today's overly digital communication. But when you see a kindergartner dig past her crayons for the iPhone mom sent her off to school with, you've got to wonder, how young is too young for cellphones?
