FunFest Returns to Wesley Chapel UMC Sept. 22

Come rain or shine, there will be lots of food, fellowship and fun at the Northeast Cobb church this weekend.

Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church on Sandy Plains Road is hosting their Second Annual FunFest on Sept. 22 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

There will be plenty to see, do and eat as 31 arts and crafts vendors, pulled pork sandwiches and local Christian entertainment acts will be combining to provide a day of unforgettable memories for all attendees.

Model train lovers will be interested in the scheduled attendance of representatives from the North Georgia Modurail, who will be displaying their trains in the gymnasium.

There will be plenty of fun stuff for the kids, too. The lower parking lot will play host to a bouncy house, not to mention the copious amounts of face painting that are sure to transpire.

In addition, there will be a plant area, classic cars and even the local fire trucks will be at the church.
