What Should Set Up Shop at Village Green?
One of Northeast Cobb's shopping plazas, The Shops at Village Green, has a vacancy. What kind of business would you like to see fill the spot?
The Shops at Village Green was built in 2006 and offers 10,350 square feet of retail space. It's located across the street from Sprayberry High School at the intersection of Sandy Plains and East Piedmont roads. It's a shopping center that has seen much business come and go. Quiznos and Spa Dreams are anchor tenants. Metanoya Coffeehouse-Cafe, profiled by Northeast Cobb Patch, has already closed its doors.
There is small store space available.
