UCall, IHaul Recruit Workers in Cobb

The Georgia Department of Labor will help UCall & IHaul, a residential moving and cleaning company, fill about 10 jobs in Cobb County on Friday.

The recruitment will be held from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the GDOL’s Cobb-Cherokee Career Center, located at 465 Big Shanty Road in Marietta.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or a General Education Diploma (GED). They must be on-call and have a valid Class C driver’s license and their own transportation and insurance, because workers must travel to job sites to pack and unpack household goods, load and unload furniture, and clean-up designated areas. They must also be able to lift as much as 150 pounds by themselves.

Salaries range from $11-$17 an hour, depending on experience.
