Kelly Pak has been in the beauty supply business for 25 years and in the Northeast Cobb location for five years. She shares her thoughts with us.
Q: What's the hardest thing about being a small business owner in Northeast Cobb?
A: Too many similar businesses in short distance but our customers are faithful to us and come back because of our customer service.
Q: What's the best thing about your job?
A: Meeting new people and dealing with our regular customers. It is nice to see friendly faces and share stories after a relationship has been established.

A: People are very friendly and the area is very calm and clean.
Q: Why did you choose to open your business in Northeast Cobb?
A: Our family has lived in the area for 15 years and love the area.

Q: Why did you pick this particular kind of business?
A: We wanted to start a business but didn't really know what field we wanted to be in until a friend of the family introduced us to this business. We absolutely love it.
Q: What are some of the services you offer that people don't know about?
A: We offer human hair extensions and wigs. We are really good at picking out styles and making up hair shades to perfectly match your color.
Q: How did your business get started?
A: My mother started this business 25 years ago after my father passed. We had to invest what little money we had into a business to support our family. We are a Christian family and try to share our knowledge and love for others as we would want to be treated.
Q: Is there anything else you would like our readers to know?
A: Being in this business for so long, we have tried a lot of the products we sell and have more product knowledge than most stores.
