Cobb Chamber Fundraising Exceeds Goal by 121%

This year's campaign theme, "Changing the Game," celebrates the Chamber's intentions to be the game changers for the Cobb County community.

The Cobb Chamber kicked off its 2012 Membership Campaign on March 5, with the goal of raising $700,000. The Chamber raised $843,950—exceeding its goal by a whopping 121 percent—and recruited 243 new members.

“We are thrilled with the results of the Membership Campaign and look forward to helping our many new members achieve more for their business through the Cobb Chamber,” said Sharon Mason, vice president of Membership at the Cobb Chamber.

In March, over 300 volunteers congregated at the Cobb Galleria Centre for the Cobb Chamber’s First Monday Breakfast and pledged to partner with the Chamber to recruit new members.
