Chamber CEO Outlines 2012 Plans

David Connell says the Cobb Chamber of Commerce is emphasizing EDGE and leadership development.

A top priority in 2012 is to begin implementing the recommended strategies outlined in the upcoming Competitive EDGE economic development plan, Cobb Chamber of Commerce CEO David Connell told Atlanta Galleria Now, the blog of the Atlanta Galleria Office Park.

"With that plan, we will strengthen both our business retention and our recruitment efforts," Connell said.

The Chamber will offer new leadership development opportunities to members that will build on historically strong programs like Leadership Cobb, Cobb Youth Leadership and Honorary Commanders.
