Hey Northeast Cobbers,

My name is Josh. I'm a teenager on a fixed budget otherwise known as an allowance.

I have a really hot girlfriend named Ashley who I need to drive places. But I'm not make out of money, you know? My parents won't give me more allowance. I'm sure that you understand my dilemma.

So, help a guy out. Where is the cheapest gas in the neighborhood?
