The History Corner: Lost Castles of England

When you think about a castle you picture lofty towers, a drawbridge and a deep mote. These formidable stone citadels of the Feudal period were not the first castles to dot the English countryside. Biography Life Stories through Time

Thomas Edison, the genius who invented the light blub and the movie camera, is the subject of this month’s Biography series. Edison had a troubled life and this documentary covers every aspect of his life including some fascinating scratchy motion picture footage shot by Edison himself.
