Spring Break Activities at Cobb Libraries

They include "Movie Madness" at the East Cobb branch and films and crafts at Mountain View.

From a press release by the Cobb County Public Library System:

Events and activities during the spring break holidays of Monday, April 8 through Friday, April 12 for the Cobb County and Marietta public school districts and some area private schools include films, workshops, and more. Here is some of the library’s spring break week schedule:

Spring Break Movie Madness: The East Cobb Library presents its free Spring Break Movie Madness series April 8-12, with movies beginning at 3 p.m. All movies are rated G.

Spring! Into Crafts: A story about spring and a flowering craft project are planned at the Mountain View Regional Library for Monday, April 8 program at 3 p.m. The program is appropriate for ages 5 to 10 years. Registration is required and you can sign up at the Children’s Reference Desk. For more information please call (770) 509-4964.

Reader’s Theater: Teens will exercise their creativity at the Mountain View Regional Library as they learn how to create scripts and deliver readings from their collaboration with Chattahoochee Technical College instructor Jennifer Staton and her literature class.
