Tellus Museum and Planetarium Show; Grand Oaks Tour

10 a.m.–6:30 p.m.

Start your day off with lunch at the beautiful Grand Oaks mansion in Cartersville. After lunch you will get to tour this beautiful mansion. We will then travel a short distance to the Tellus museum to tour and watch the planetarium show, which will be the perfect way to end your day. Cost: $64 Senior Council Member / $69 Non-Member.

Madison Holiday Tour of Homes; Blue Willow Inn

Thursday, Dec. 1

8 a.m.–8 p.m. (Check in at 7:30 a.m.)

Start the day with a light snack breakfast at the Center and then head on for a fun-filled day in Madison. A guide will escort the group on the 28th Annual Holiday Tour of Homes, beautifully decorated for the upcoming holiday season. New homes have been added to the traditional tour. A sack lunch will be provided. On the way back there'll be a stop for dinner at Blue Willow Inn, where elegance, history and our magnificent Southern Cuisine meet.

Cost: $98 Council Member; $103 Non-Council Member.

Historic Homes of Roswell

Join the North Cobb Senior Center tour of three Historic antebellum homes of Roswell, which are located on the northern banks of the Chattahoochee River in an area the Cherokee Indians once called “ Enchanted Land." Enjoy lunch at the Magnolia Café of traditional southern cuisine.

Cost: $67 Senior Council Member / $72 Non Member.

Celtic Woman A Christmas Celebration, the Symphony Tour

4 p.m.-11 p.m. (Check-in 3:30 p.m.)

Have yourself a Celtic little Christmas! Join a new and beautiful way to celebrate the holiday season. The ethereal sounds of Celtic Woman in their first Christmas tour, is gracing the stage at Symphony Hall at the Woodruff Arts Center. Dinner before the concert is at Gordon Biersch. Here is a wonderful way to ring in the season, enjoy the company of friends, the melodious sounds of the Olde Country and a marvelous meal.

Cost: $90 Senior Council Members; $95 Non-Members.
