Kell Athlete Featured in Sports Illustrated

2. Kendell Williams, a sophomore at Kell High School who holds state records in the 100- and 300-meter hurdles, was featured in the Sports Illustrated Faces in the Crowd this week. She ran the nation's fastest time this year in the 100 hurdles (13.45), set a high jump meet record (5' 10") and won the 300 hurdles at the Volunteer Classic in Knoxville, Tenn. At the New Balance Indoor Nationals in March she won the pentathlon with the event's third-best score (3,792).
