Georgia has fallen in love with live nest cameras this spring.

First there was the pair of bald eagles raising their young on the campus of Berry College, then the red-shouldered hawks with their four babies near a Peachtree Corners office building.

Make some live-streaming room for the peregrine falcons nesting on a SunTrust Plaza balcony, 50 stories above Atlanta, with interstate traffic seen in the distance.

The Georgia Department of Natural Resources says the falcons have been nesting in a large planter on the balcony and its eyas — or young — hatched a couple of weeks ago. Live-streaming began soon afterward.

The DNR said the camera is usually up from March through May. “This year, however, the falcons switched their nesting sites twice, causing delays in setting up the camera,” the agency said in a press release.

You can see the video attached to this article or on the DNR website. Also, chat about the birds on our Ustream channel, on Facebook and Twitter @ #falconcam2014.

Octo, why did you feel the need to use a vulgarity when you know it violates Patch's Terms of Use? Just wondering.

Because I thought it would be funny.
