UGA Day will get underway at 6 p.m. with a reception, followed by the official program at 7 p.m.
Host Scott Howard will be joined by Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs and Provost Jere Morehead, Head Baseball Coach Dave Perno, Head Basketball Coach Mark Fox and Head Football Coach Mark Richt to discuss the latest news from the university and the upcoming athletic seasons. Attendees will learn about the Metro Atlanta Chapter of the UGA Alumni Association and how to become involved.
This event is free to attend. Registration is not required.

Cobb Galleria Centre is a facility designed to host events, performances, conventions, meetings and exhibits. It is equipped with the latest technology throughout the ballroom, exhibit hall, and meeting areas. There are event planning services for weddings, reunions, and other events. There are menus with a wide selection of catered gourmet foods prepared fresh at each event.
In addition, Cobb Galleria has shopping. The array of art galleries and other specialty stores and restaurants make this 'mall' exclusive. There is shuttle access to five-star hotels in the area.
